Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of subscription. After 7 days, refund is prorated for unused period.
What happens if I exceed the usage limit?
When you reach your monthly limit, additional processing is restricted. Basic or Pro plan users can purchase additional usage (10,000 KRW per 100K characters). You can also upgrade to a higher plan or wait until next month. Enterprise plan has unlimited usage.
What is the team collaboration feature?
The team collaboration feature available in the Enterprise plan allows multiple users to share work under one account and manage glossaries and style guides together.
What is the LITE plan?
LITE is our most affordable paid plan at ₩4,900/month, giving you 150K characters per month. It's ideal for solo founders and students who need occasional proofreading.
What is an Add-on Pack (Topup)?
Add-on Packs let you buy extra characters when you've hit your monthly limit. Pricing: 50K chars for ₩2,900 / 150K for ₩5,900 / 500K for ₩14,900. Valid 30 days from purchase. Available for BASIC and PRO subscribers only. Your base quota is consumed first, then add-on packs in FIFO order.
How much is the annual discount?
Annual plans save you 30% compared to monthly billing. LITE annual ₩41,160 (₩3,430/mo) / BASIC annual ₩251,160 (₩20,930/mo) / PRO annual ₩419,160 (₩34,930/mo). Billed as a single charge once per year.
What happens to existing (grandfathered) subscribers?
Existing subscribers keep all their current benefits, and will also receive a free 50K-character add-on pack as a bonus. Prices were adjusted due to AI model cost optimizations, but existing customer benefits remain unchanged.
What happens after my first job completes?
After your first proofreading job completes, you'll see an upgrade prompt. Try the PRO plan for just ₩100 for the first 30 days.
